What is a private gym rental?
A private gym rental gives you access to a private gym for 55 min. Rock Fitness Private Studios provides a private location away from spectators or judgment. Beginners can have a comfortable environment to start their fitness journey and the more advanced can have a space to focus without any wait or distractions.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course! Bringing friends or family along is encouraged and recommended! They can help motivate and challenge you.

Every guest will add a 5 dollar cost. Max 5 people per room (4 guests).
Is it safe to workout alone?
Safety is our top priority and therefore and safety videos and tutorials. You can always ask about safety tips. The video cameras are also programmed to notify a staff member when hearing prompts like: "help me, help me," or shouting.
What is nutrition coaching?
Nutrition coaching is a 3 part course where you learn everything you need to know about having a healthy and balanced diet, as well as how to apply it to your specific lifestyle and preferences.
What are your personal training rates?
45 min session - 55 dollars
Bring a friend - 40 dollars each (25% off)
Bring 2 friends - 30 dollars each (45% off)
What are your nutrition coaching rates?
3 part course (45 min each) - 105 dollars (35 each)
What equipment do you have?
There are 2 rooms: The CrossFit room and the Strength room. Both have a barbell set, dumbbells, and a bench. The strength room also has a cable station and hacksquat machine.
What are the main goals you help clients achieve?
While there are countless goals and every client gets a program designed for him, the main goals I help with are strength and muscle gain, heart health and stamina, and fat loss.
What music do you play?
Whatever you want! The studio has premium Spotify and surround sound for whatever your music preference is.
Who is your main clientele?
The studio is open to men and women between 18 and 65. Anyone under 18 requires an adult present or guardians approval.
Do you also train women?
I train couples and write workouts for women, but I don’t have one on one sessions. Feel free to reach out for recommendations for a female trainer.
What are your covid/cleaning protocols?
All equipment is wiped down with antibacterial wipes after every session.
What should I wear to a session?
Supportive sneakers, a t-shirt, and shorts or pants that are flexible enough that you can squat in.
Do you accept walk-ins?
